What is your refund policy?
We offer a 30 day return policy on all products, including subscription contracts. If for any reason a product is defective, that policy is extended to 90 days, to replace the defective product only. Please see below for full return/refund policy details.
What is your return policy?
A2K Technologies will not accept any Products returned without prior authorisation and the allocation of an RA number, which must be quoted on the returned goods.
Products may be authorised for return as new only if returned in perfect condition with seven (7) days from invoice date.
All returns are subject to testing before any credit may be granted. Products not returned in the same condition as delivered may be refused or subject to a re-stocking fee.
A2K Technologies is under no obligation to accept the return of products which were purchased especially for the customer and which were not sold ex-stock.
What happens if I want to cancel my order?
Cancellation of software orders will incur a 20% restocking fee for the return of the product to the supplier.
What happens if my purchase is damaged?
The liability for any loss or damage shall pass directly to the purchaser once the product has left A2K Technologies’ warehouse for delivery to the customer. Any claim for damage or short delivery must be made in writing and addressed to A2K Technologies and received by A2K Technologies within seven (7) working days of delivery of the goods.
